It applies to your use of our website (clubcuts.com), our mobile applications, our scheduling and membership platform, and any services we provide in our locations (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
Account & Membership Information: name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, photo (for in-shop identity verification), and login credentials.
Billing Information: payment card details and billing address. Payment card numbers are collected and processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Appointment & Service Information: location preference, barber preference, appointment history, service notes, and no-show or cancellation history.
Communications: messages you send us by email, text, in-app chat, or through our contact forms.
Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
Cookies & Similar Technologies: we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site performance.
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your membership account and process recurring billing;
Schedule, confirm, modify, and remind you about appointments;
Verify your identity at our locations (membership is non-transferable);
Send you transactional and service-related messages, including appointment reminders, account notices, and billing notifications;
Send you promotional offers and updates about ClubCuts (only where you have opted in, and only by channels you have consented to);
Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse of bookings, and security issues;
Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Key Commitment: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery platforms, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
ClubCuts operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with members and customers. Messages may include:
Appointment reminders, confirmations, and changes;
Account, membership, and billing notifications;
Customer service responses;
Promotional offers, new service announcements, and other marketing messages (only to subscribers who have opted in).
You opt in to receive text messages from ClubCuts when you (a) provide your mobile phone number when creating an account or booking an appointment and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, (b) submit your mobile number through a form on our website or in our app that discloses SMS consent, or (c) text a ClubCuts keyword to one of our published numbers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. ClubCuts is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in. You may also update your notification preferences in your customer profile or email us at [email protected].

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:
Service Providers: we share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, payment processing, scheduling and booking software, hosting, analytics, customer support, and SMS/email delivery providers. These providers are contractually limited to using the information only to perform services for ClubCuts.
Within ClubCuts and Franchise Locations: to deliver services at the location you visit and manage your membership across locations.
Legal & Safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClubCuts, our customers, or others.
Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and the contents of text messages are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and apps, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account Information: you can review and update your account information by logging in to your ClubCuts account.
Marketing Communications: you can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Transactional messages necessary to deliver the Services (for example, appointment confirmations and billing notices) may continue.
Cancel Membership: you can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Access & Deletion Requests: depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of certain processing. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Our Services may link to websites and services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
